Log in to your account, navigate to My Bookings, select the relevant booking, and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled start time are free. Late cancellations may incur a small fee of up to GH₵ 30.
First, use the in-app chat to contact your artisan directly — they may be running late. If there's no response within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, tap 'Artisan no-show' in the booking screen. We'll immediately find you a replacement and you won't be charged for the original booking.
Yes. When searching for a service, you can filter by 'Previously booked' to see artisans you've worked with before. You can also go directly to their profile and book from there.
If a job runs over the estimated time, your artisan should discuss this with you before continuing. Any additional time is billed at the artisan's hourly rate, which you agree to in advance before they proceed.
Your payment is held in escrow when you confirm a booking. The funds are only released to the artisan after you confirm the job is complete. If you don't confirm within 48 hours of job completion, funds are released automatically.
If you're eligible for a refund (cancelled booking, artisan no-show, or unsatisfactory work), it's processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Log in and go to My Bookings → select the booking → Request Refund.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
There is no booking fee for customers. Alle Artisan charges artisans a small service fee on completed jobs — this covers platform costs without adding charges to your bill.
Every artisan on Alle Artisan has undergone identity verification, skills assessment, and reference checks before being allowed to take bookings. Profiles show verified reviews from real customers, certification badges, and a full job history.
Log in to My Bookings, select the completed job, and tap 'Report an issue'. Our quality team will review your case within 12 hours. If the work is genuinely substandard, we'll arrange a free return visit or issue a refund.
Yes. Artisan profiles include photos from past jobs, verified customer reviews, a skills breakdown, and their full booking history. Some artisans also include a portfolio section with before-and-after photos.
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link within 2 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We'll ask you to confirm via email. Note that deleting your account also removes your booking history — we recommend downloading this first if you need records.
Your safety is our top priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable, trust your instincts — you can end the job at any time. Call 112 in an emergency. Once safe, report the artisan through the app and our safety team will investigate within 2 hours.
Yes. All artisans are required to submit to identity verification and a police clearance check before being activated on the platform. Artisans with a history of violent offences are permanently banned from the platform.
